PK88 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and PK88 (referred to in these terms as "PK88", "we", "us" or "the platform"). By accessing, registering on or using the PK88 website at pk88.cx or any related service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all sections of the PK88 platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games, Promotions and the VIP loyalty programme. Additional rules may apply to specific products or promotions and will be displayed alongside those products or promotions when relevant. In the event of a conflict between specific product rules and these general terms, the specific rules take precedence for that product.

PK88 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PK88 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK88 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.
• You must not be a current employee, agent or close family member of an employee of PK88 or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.

By registering you confirm that all of the above apply to you. PK88 may request documentation at any time to verify your age or identity. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review and any balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that review.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on PK88. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of an error — are not permitted and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses linked to them.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Verification

PK88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport copy or proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. PK88 support staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

4 Deposits and Payments

All accounts on PK88 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion step for Pakistani users — you deposit in PKR and your balance is maintained in PKR throughout.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers, processing times may vary
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported wallet providers as listed at the time of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. PK88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and investigation of the account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, PK88 support will work with you to identify a suitable alternative that is still registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed KYC verification. This typically involves confirming your identity and confirming ownership of your payment method. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed more quickly.

Processing Times

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of approval
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on your bank
• Cards: Processing times vary by card issuer, typically 2–5 business days

Withdrawal requests are subject to review. PK88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these terms. You will be notified if your withdrawal is held for review.

Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully-cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PK88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports betting offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page. The general principles below apply to all offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed before the stated deadline or the bonus and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Game and Bet Contributions: Not all games or bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, table games and certain sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: PK88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering designed to exploit offers, or breach of any of these terms.

Promotions tied to Cricket, PSL and other major sporting events are offered seasonally and are subject to their own rules. Check the Promotions page before claiming any sport-specific offer.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on PK88 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 and international cricket, Football, Esports and more than 25 other sports. All bets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body and the specific market rules published within the Sports section.

General Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the user unless a cash-out option is available and you choose to use it.
• PK88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or pricing error. You will be notified and your stake returned if a bet is voided on this basis.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic Cricket, ICC for international cricket). PK88 does not accept liability for errors in third-party data feeds used during live in-play betting.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

• Match winner markets require the full match to be completed unless a result is reached under the Duckworth-Lewis method, in which case the DLS result stands.
• Over-by-over markets require the full over to be bowled to be settled. An incomplete over will result in the bet being voided.
• Player-specific markets (top batsman, most wickets, etc.) are settled on official scorecards. Retired-hurt innings count for batting markets unless the market rules state otherwise.

8 Casino and Games

The PK88 Casino, Live Casino and Fish Games sections are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live Casino games use real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time.

Return-to-Player (RTP) information for individual slots titles is available within the game interface. PK88 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return for any individual session or wager. The house edge is built into the mathematics of each game as disclosed in the game's information panel.

Fish Games operate on a shared pool basis. Your results in fish games depend on your shooting accuracy and the game's payout mathematics, not on any manipulation of outcomes by PK88.

PK88 is not responsible for technical interruptions during a game session caused by your internet connection or device. If a game session is interrupted due to a confirmed platform-side technical failure, PK88 will investigate and, where appropriate, credit any verifiable losses caused by the interruption.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK88 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions
• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating bets with other users to exploit promotions, bonuses or pricing errors (arbitrage abuse)
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial fraud
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identification documents during the KYC process
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the PK88 platform, its servers or any related systems
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PK88 staff or other users

If PK88 identifies or suspects any of the above conduct, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will be withheld and may be permanently forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PK88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion with or without prior notice. Common reasons for suspension include breach of these terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, or a request from the account holder themselves (including self-exclusion).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

11 Privacy and Data

PK88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on PK88 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. In summary:

PK88 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including betting losses
• Technical interruptions, connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond PK88's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your breach of these terms or your own negligence
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14 Changes to These Terms

PK88 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of PK88 after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
